![]() As this quote notes, while I can’t control the things that have happened this week/month/year, I can control my approach to it, my outlook about it, and my actions to change any aspect of it that I wish. Deciding to regroup, figure out what I want in a relationship, and taking some “me” time mentally is my resulting decision and I think it’s a sound one. ![]() It’s no secret that my emotions have been all over the place, hitting the 120 day mark soon after dating boy #9 ended last week (I was reeling a bit more emotionally from that, than I originally thought), to a trying week at work, to deciding what I want to do with the dating “thing” – stick it out on, lay low for a bit, or a combination. ![]() “You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.” I tucked away this Quote Friday quote from one of T‘s past blog posts on blessing the obstacles that lay in front of you, as I thought it was a goodie for this week:
